Hi, I have been having some difficulty sending mail merge emails. I have five different email accounts. 3 gmails, 1 Comcast and 1 godaddy. To practice, I have been using these 5 email addresses to send myself e-mails to make sure I get them I used the Comcast email as my default. It shows that the mail was sent but they were never received by any of the other accounts, not even the Comcast email from where it was sent.

Apparently this problem has nothing to do with which of your emails/data files is your DEFAULT address.it's all about which one is your PRIMARY address.which is entirely different. The 'default' address is the one you designate as default, but your PRIMARY address is the FIRST ONE YOU ENTER when you create your profile.and that one needs 'special treatment' to be changed. (I suspect by deleting the entire profile). You may also want to check out This refers to Outlook 2010.but I suspect the challenge requires the same solution for both.
