He has a screen save of his product when he bought it--says compatible with Mac OS Xv10.10 (Yosemite and macOS Sierra. He has Sierra 10.10.5 and does not want to upgrade yet to 10.11 or more--because he is a photographer and wants to make sure all his programs are compatible with new OS upgrade first. BUT he couldn't download Quickbooks 2016 because he gets an error message saying he can't use this version of Quickbooks 2016 with this version of OSX 10.10.5--that it requires 10.11 or later. How can he get around this issue??
